Turn your exam schedule into calendar events
Paste your exam timetable — or upload the PDF — and get every exam as a calendar event with the right date, time, and room. Review everything in the editor, then import the file into any calendar app.
Exam season is the worst time for manual entry
Finals week schedules arrive as dense PDF tables: course codes, dates, start times, durations, rooms, seat numbers. Mistyping one date means showing up on the wrong day — the costliest typo of the semester.
Converting the whole table at once removes that risk. Each exam becomes a calendar event with its room in the location field, so your phone can remind you where to go, not just when.
What gets extracted
Course name or code as the event title, exam date, start and end time (from duration if given), room and building as the location, and anything unusual — 'bring laptop', 'open book' — kept in the notes field.
Multi-day exam blocks come through as individual events, one per exam, so each gets its own reminder.
Set your reminders after import
The .ics file imports cleanly into Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and Outlook. Once imported, set alerts that match your study plan — a week before for revision, a day before for logistics, an hour before to actually leave.
FAQ
- How do I put my exam schedule into my calendar?
- Upload the exam schedule PDF or paste the text, check the extracted events in the editor, download the .ics file, and import it into your calendar app. Every exam lands on the right date with its room.
- Does it work with a PDF exam timetable?
- Yes. Upload the PDF directly — the text is extracted server-side and parsed into events. Scanned image-only PDFs are the one exception; paste the text for those.
- Can I edit the room or time before importing?
- Yes, every event is fully editable after extraction. Fix anything the AI misread, delete practice exams you do not need, then export.
- Will it remind me before each exam?
- The events import with standard calendar data, so your calendar app's normal alerts apply. Set your preferred reminder times after import — most students use one week, one day, and one hour before.
